Red Flags: How to Know When You’re Dating a Loser

This book is a favorite of mine.

The authors are psychologists and have worked with the police in establishing profiles of deviant personalities. They’ve come up with 25 different categories of “Loser,” from the Abuser to the Wanderer, with checklists/quizzes for each type. They explain the goals and motives of the guys in these categories, and they don’t allow you to explain away the red flags flapping in your face, like “Well, he’s just acting like that because he’s nervous.” Nuh-uh girlfriend, just go down the checklist after a date and it’s right there – hellooooo – he’s a LOSER.
